Daniel Treuden

Attorney & Counselor at Law

Daniel Treuden has been with The Bernhoft Law Firm since its inception. The quintessential “man behind the scenes,” Attorney Treuden’s topflight legal research and writing skills provide the execution backbone for the Firm’s creative litigation strategies. Treuden has contributed to every major Bernhoft Law Firm case, including the Wesley Snipes’ felony tax acquittals and Ralph Nader’s 9th Circuit Court of Appeals victory. His most recent major case was the 7th Circuit Court of Appeal’s precedential reversal of a denial of attorneys’ fees and costs in a seminal federal civil rights case.

Treuden is a testament to the Firm’s team concept. He has and continues to provide clients with numerous trial and appellate court victories. But many of the Firm’s cases never go to court, and here, where not going to court is often the preferred outcome, Treuden is the “behind-the-scenes” engineer of non-trial disposition strategy and execution.
