(Los Angeles, CA; Oct. 27, 2008) – Bernhoft Law Firm, S.C., one of the premier boutique white-collar criminal defense firms in the country, hosted some of Los Angeles’ leading businessmen and lawyers at Craft/Los Angeles last night. The party at the award-winning restaurant marked the debut of the firm’s Los Angeles offices in Century City. The firm also has a satellite office in Malibu.
Founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 2001 by Robert Bernhoft, the firm gained national recognition for its defense of the actor Wesley Snipes during Mr. Snipes federal tax trial in 2008. The firm has also defended consumer advocate and presidential candidate Ralph Nader on open-ballot issues, and is currently defending “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis in his federal tax trial scheduled to begin in March of 2008.
