Criminal Defense Firm Bernhoft Law Expands Into Los Angeles

Defenders of Wesley Snipes, Ralph Nader, and  Joe Francis set up offices in Century City and Malibu.

(Los Angeles, CA; Oct. 21, 2008) – Bernhoft Law Firm, S.C., one of the premier boutique white-collar criminal defense firms in the country, is expanding into Los Angeles.

Founded in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 2001 by Robert Bernhoft, the firm gained national recognition for its defense of the actor Wesley Snipes during Mr. Snipes federal tax trial in 2008. The firm has also defended consumer advocate and presidential candidate Ralph Nader on open-ballot issues, and is currently defending “Girls Gone Wild” founder Joe Francis in his federal tax trial scheduled to begin in March of 2008.

The firm’s specialties are white-collar criminal cases and complex civil litigation. The Firm has litigated cases in courts throughout the U.S., and has represented clients throughout Western Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, and Australia.
