Robert Bernhoft’s presentation at Defiance Press’s Censorship and First Amendment Conference

Founding partner Robert Bernhoft gave a timely First Amendment presentation last year at a Censorship/Free Speech conference in Houston, Texas. Even informed Americans often don’t understand the metes and bounds of protected speech.
